Kittitas County is seeking proposals for espresso stand services within the Kittitas County Courthouse. One-time, start-up funding will be provided to the awarded proposal. Responses must include a completed application form, draft budget, and be mailed (postmarked), hand delivered, e-mailed or faxed with all requested information by 5:00 pm on February 28, 2020, to the following:
